Every Sunday from 1:00 – 1:15 p.m. we will practice song selection’s for the program. Grades K-6th who are in the program please be in attendance.

December 8th Saturday practice, 11:00 a.m. Sanctuary
All speaking parts, solos, adult stage volunteers
Costumes must be approved by today!
Photo’s will be taken today for program and invitations, please have costumes and props if you would like the opportunity to be in the program or on the invitation!
December 12th Chapel full run through practice – blocking

December 15th Saturday practice, 11:00 – 2:00 p.m. Sanctuary
All Student body, cast, volunteers, sound, lights, etc required to be in attendance
December 16th Platform prep for set assembly immediately following service.
Food will be provided for workers.
December 17th , 18th Set assembly
December 19th Dress rehearsal – 6:00 p.m.
Goal –two time run through

December 20th Open practice – 6:00 p.m.
All Student body, cast, volunteers, sound, lights, etc required to be in attendance
December 21st Performance – 7:30 p.m.
Speaking parts – 6:45 p.m.
Student Body – 7:00 p.m.
Please arrive dressed and ready to go. Girls, if you would like your hair done by one of the youth group volunteers, please sign up on the blog page or see Sis. Sieanna or Sis. Amanda to schedule your appointment.
December 22nd 10:00a.m. – 12:00 p.m. – Set tear down and Sanctuary clean up. All are expected and needed to help with this.
We aren’t finished until we are cleaned up!!!
I’m just wondering if the Dress Rehearsal practices on the 19th and 20th should maybe start at 6:00 p.m. because kids have school the following days and these practices could tend to run longer than anticipated.
